Greetings -

The Richard Sachs Cyclocross Team has an excellent support system.
From the principle sponsors to the industry suppliers and again to the
many individuals who take what is almost an extended-family interest
in everything that we do, the team definitely is well cared for. Recently,
I asked some of these folks to articulate their position with regard to the
liaison, and I will share them with you in these emails.

Craig from Cane Creek Cycling Components writes:
Cane Creek has proudly supported Richard Sachs/RGM Cyclocross Team
with headsets, brake systems and hand-built Crono wheels since 2002.
It makes sense for Cane Creek to work with Richard because he and his
team are passionate about cycling. This passion is obvious by looking at
the team: who they are and where they ride. It is a group of cycling athletes/
advocates who represent the sport well, and who also realize it is hard to do
without a number of sponsors who believe in the same thing they do. The
cycling passion is also obvious in the attention to the design and craftsmanship
Richard dedicates to his bike frames. Richard Sachs represents great
teamwork, great craftsmanship and great success, both in his racing and
frame building.

Why is this important to Cane Creek? It is the same thing we do everyday
with our wheels and other products. Technology, hand-built individual
attention to detail, and good looking practicality are requirements shared
by both Cane Creek and Richard Sachs. Thanks to all of Richard’s team
members, past and present, who have been a joy to work with for Cane Creek.
